Today, Google Chrome announced that Chrome Team won a Founder’s award as achievements. But, compared to Internet Explorer and Firefox is a very small number. It’s still more way to go. NetApplications shows Chrome has only 3.8 percent market share at the end of October 09 compared to Firefox and IE, Firefox has 24 percent and 65 percent of market share respectively.
But with this sign, Google is signaling that they are not going to back-out from this competitions.

Bit.ly was launched by Betaworks. Now users can shorten their URL through bit.ly. This will help in reducing our website URL length. Bit.ly also contains lots of third party tools such as Tweetdeck.
I came across this tool, when I was fed up at the time of promoting one of my clients website. Their product URL was as big as 120 characters. It was also very difficult to remember, so on Googling I found this tool which shortens the URL.
After placing URL, it will look like below
Also while posting, lots of outgoing link pointing to bit.ly will be counted as one outgoing link…..Google won’t be counting all bit.ly outgoing links as different one…

Few days’ back they had came in Mumbai, and I have attended and conference was excellent 
. They are again back but this time in Pune City. I want to attend, but I have to prepare for my exams so I won’t be available, but one of my friend is going there so he will update me.
